Finding the right wholesale supplier for your business can be a challenging task, but dealing with your chosen supplier can be very much tricky. So how do we take advantage of wholesales and get the best possible deal from a supplier? Here are some suggestions you can do:
- Offer to buy bigger quantity – the more products you buy the better the price will be for you. Since wholesale suppliers profit more from selling a large bulk of goods, this means that if you buy a huge quantity of products they will greatly profit from your purchase thus have more room to adjust and lower the price.
- Mention the competitor’s price – before you purchase goods from your supplier, try to canvas first the prices from other suppliers so that you can compare them and be able to get the lowest possible price. If you want to build a good business relationship with your supplier, offer them options regarding payments that would benefit both of you. This way, your wholesale supplier will be able to receive the payment without any additional cost for them.
